Knitting Skills Required
To do this pattern you’ll need to know how to –
- cast on and off
- knit and purl
- make 1 – m1 an increasing technique which is – make 1 stitch by picking up the bar lying between the next two stitches and knit into the back of it – learn how TO MAKE 1 M1 HERE
- s2kpo slip next 2 sts onto right-hand needle as if to knit them together, k1, pass 2 slipped sts over the st and off the needle tog together

Yarn and Needles?
The recommended yarn is a chunky knit weight, such as the Paintbox Chunky Range. You’ll need about 50g each of the green and red colours.
For the needles, you will need 5 and 6 mm (US 8 and 10 ) single-pointed
